☕ About Me: The ESL Traveling Teacher.                   

Hi, I’m Gary. 

British, 52, ESL teacher, latte drinker (hot, *never* iced), and full-time realist with a soft spot for comic books, good grammar, and bold visuals.

I’ve spent the last **9 years living and teaching in China**, where I built a life, a career, and a serious caffeine habit — one online lesson and dodgy landlord at a time.

Now? I’m closing that chapter and heading off to a new country in Asia. Where exactly? Let’s just say it’ll have sunshine, Wi-Fi, and enough espresso to keep me running my blog and TikTok lives.

 Why "Traveling"?  

No, I’m not backpacking through jungles with a ukulele.  

But I  am  moving forward — country to country, lesson to lesson, building a brand that helps learners and teachers find  real English for real life.
